• Daily Rate: $195.00 plus tax (two-day minimum)
• Weekly Rate: $1,100.00 plus tax
• Holiday Weekends: $210.00 plus tax per night (three-night minimum)
• No Pets, No Smoking, and No Overnight Guests in the Rentals.
• No refunds on rental units.
• $200.00 Cash security deposit and a credit card number are due at the time of arrival.
